This four-story historic property, which sits at the south gateway to the City went through an extensive overhaul in 2014 after a tractor trailer struck the front of the building. Turning a huge negative into a positive the owners dedicated themselves to restoring the property to its former historical beauty. An architect-designed renovation reshaped what had originally been a mixed-use of apartments and office space on the upper three floors into five beautiful apartments.
